“As all citizens with private gardens know perfectly well,” explains Councilor Marchiol, “these conditions favor the growth of grass and make mowing difficult, which with wet grass is not only more complex but is difficult to carry out properly. ‘art. The suppliers we wanted to meet explained that they had intervened several times in the same area to complete each individual intervention. At the moment we are experiencing a delay of around two weeks, however less than the rainy days that blocked work. We are finishing the third mowing operation by June, which will be immediately followed by the fourth. At the moment we have given priority to schools and green areas. In the Municipality the total area to be mowed corresponds to 1,800,000 square meters and we have 300 kilometers of roads on both sides. By next week we will have the calendar and the map of the interventions for the fourth mowing intervention”.
