ALEXANDRIA – Il Civil Court of Alessandria, gathered in the council chamber, he officially declared the end of the Composition with Creditors procedure at the expense of Aral SpA, the Alexandrian waste company. The notification, which took place on Wednesday, communicates the regular execution of the Plan, arranging for the archiving of all documents. The composition plan, which affected the company’s activity starting from the last quarter of 2017, effectively concluded in the first month of the current year with the payment of the last installment equal to 583 thousand euros.
“The end of the corporate crisis has been proclaimed, we are ready to resume activity with new investments, as envisaged by the Environmental and Industrial Improvement Plan, and to re-establish collaborative relationships with credit institutions – declared the director of Aral Spa, Marco Rivolta – a new chapter of Aral SpA is about to be written”.
“This is good news both for us administrators and for the employees and for the whole community” declared the President of Aral Spa, Angelo Marengo “finally we can think about the future of the company and implement the investment plan scheduled”.

While waiting for the tender for the new waste collection system, which I hope will take place very soon by will of the Waste Consortium, it is up to us to ensure that the transformation of the disposal company is completed by a rapid change in the collection system, so that the exit from the Aral crisis is a driving force for finally better and more efficient integrated waste management for citizens”.
