On June 15th the debut against Albania, then the matches against Spain and Croatia. In Bologna the summer events include broadcasting the matches

The Italian adventure at the European football championships and elsewhere is about to begin Bologna typhus fever rises. We will start with the three group matches against Albania, Spain and Croatia but it is hoped that Spalletti’s Italy will continue its journey, perhaps to relive the magical nights of 2021 who saw ours National ascend the continental throne. Between parks equipped with maxi-screens and summer events that will dedicate the evening to football, there are already countless options available to follow Italy’s matches outdoors in company.

The screen at the Margherita Gardens and at the Baraccano

Let’s start with the solutions found in the city center or a very short distance away like the historic ones Margaret Gardens which will allow you to follow the exploits of the Azzurri during the event Gardens Sports Village which develops around the famous Basketball playground but the same possibility will also be offered a few tens of meters away at the Baraccano Gardens.

The Botanique in via Filippo Re, the Lido Ruggine and Villa Cassarini

Entering the heart of Bologna we continue with the screen set up in the Montagnola Park, which in turn is not far from another solution: the Philip Re Gardens which include Italy’s matches in the music festival calendar BOtanique. You can also cheer for our national team in the space of Porta Pratello in via Pietralata, al Lido Ruggine set up in the John Klemlen Garden in via Azzo Gardino and near the Gardens of Villa Cassarini at Porta Saragozza.

There is also Piazza Lucio Dalla

For those who prefer to stay outside the city centre, there are many large screens ready to broadcast Italy’s matches. Among the new urban spaces the DumBO of via Casarini in its summer version called Barrio as well as the Piazza Lucio Dalla a stone’s throw from the new municipal headquarters with its covered shed, very useful in case of bad weather.

The railway after-work building, the Red Barracks and the Zucca park

There will also be cheering for the Azzurri at the park Villa Angelettiat the Pontelungo gardens, al Pumpkin Park and to that of Red Barracks which will see its very rich series of concerts interrupted on the evenings of the European Championships which will involve our national team. To conclude, there are at least two other areas well known to music lovers that will welcome football fans: the Post-Work Railway Park in front of the Locomotiv in via Serlio and the Casalone courtyard in via San Donato, headquarters of the Covo.
