Excellent results

This is what emerges from the XXVI AlmaLaurea Report on the Profile of Italian Graduates: the employment data of three-year and master’s graduates from the University of Brescia are confirmed to be higher than the regional and national average. 88.8% of three-year graduates find work one year after graduation (79% the regional average), the employment rate of second level graduates is 88.1% (81.1% the regional average, 75.7% the national one). In particular, the percentage of two-year master’s graduates employed five years after graduation rises to 95.6% (94.6% in 2023). There is also an increase in the percentage of graduates who consider the qualification obtained to be effective for the work performed and the average salaries, which reach on average 2 thousand euros net per month for single-cycle master’s graduates.

This is highlighted by the XXVI AlmaLaurea Report on the Profile of Italian Graduates. In particular, 78 universities belonging to the Consortium will be put under the microscope. And in particular the activity of 300 thousand graduates in 2023, involving 660 thousand graduates from 78 first and second level universities in 2022, 2020 and 2018. They were contacted one, three and five years after obtaining the qualification.

“The quality of the training offer was rewarded”

A total of 4,454 graduates from the University of Brescia were investigated from the point of view of their employment situation. The data focuses on the analysis of the performances of first and second level graduates who graduated in 2022 and interviewed one year after graduation and on those of second level graduates who graduated in 2018 and interviewed after five years.

«The 2024 data confirm the high employment rate of our graduates, again this year higher than the regional and national average – comments the Rector Prof. Francesco Castelli – These results, together with the increase in the percentage of graduates who consider the qualification obtained useful for their working career, confirm the strategic choices of our University and reward the quality of the educational offer aimed at best preparing our students, accompanying them to face their professional future with success and satisfaction”.
