Brawl in a bar in Foligno, the state police report three people

Following a call to the Single Emergency Number, the State Police personnel of the PS Commissariat of Foligno intervened at a bar in the historic center where a fight in progress between three customers had been reported.

Once on site, the operators brought the situation back to calm and identified the three subjects – two women and a man, all Italian and already known to the police – protagonists of the brawl. Immediately afterwards, the police reconstructed what had happened, establishing that the three had quarreled for trivial reasons, also drawing the attention of the two bar employees, who attempted to appease them.

Despite this, the young man involved in the brawl continued to behave aggressively, even threatening the two employees and forcing them to take refuge inside the public establishment, where the man had also damaged some furnishings and furnishings.

Therefore, having brought the situation back to calm, the officers took the three litigants to the offices of the Police Station where, having drawn up the necessary documents, they were all reported for the crime of brawling.

Fortunately, despite what happened, no one was injured.

The man who was the protagonist of the aggressive conduct inside the bar was also reported for the crimes of threats, damage and private violence.

Furthermore, given the social alarm caused by the episode and the danger to public order and safety, procedures aimed at issuing the so-called “Daspo Willy” were initiated against all three subjects involved, which, once imposed, it will prevent him from returning to that bar and from staying in the relevant external area.

In this regard, it emerged that one of the girls involved had in the past been subjected to a similar provision in relation to another public establishment in Foligno.
