As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, the Genoa goalkeeper could be the team’s third signing Nerazzurri transfer market after the two goals against Piotr Zielinski and Mehdi Taremi. The offer from Marotta and Ausilio is around 13 million plus 2 in bonuses, Genoa is asking for 18, but the issue can also be resolved thanks to a technical compensation.
According to the journalist from Sky Sport, there are three names that the clubs are discussing. The first is Martin Satrianoborn in 2001, returning from an excellent season at Brest complete with historic qualification for the Champions League. The operation with the French was closed with the dry loan formula, which is why the Uruguayan striker will return to base.
The second is Gaetano Oristanioborn in 2002 this year at Cagliari: the Sardinian club which, however, did not exercise the buyout option of 4 million euros, despite keeping the door open for future talks. The name of the attacking midfielder may therefore entice Genoa after the good experience under Claudio Ranieri.
The third is Niccolo Corradoleft back born in 2000. His is a particular situation, given that Inter sold him permanently to Ternana in 2022, but guaranteeing the buy-back option by 2024. This season, Corrado went on loan to Modena in the January transfer window and has now returned to Terni. The Nerazzurri can buy him back and then include him in the Josep Martinez deal.
