Monza, 13 June 2024 – He remains in prison the bricklayer of Ukrainian origin 55-year-old who on Monday morning at dawn entered the house where his ex-wife lived with their son in via Ariosto and he stabbed them in the abdomen. This was decided by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Monza Court Marco Formentin after the hearing to validate the arrest.

The 55-year-old was interrogated before the judge gave his version of the motive which would have pushed him to attack and which falls within a family context. Luckily both the victims of the double attempted murder are not in danger of their lives.

When the police arrived on the scene, called by the neighbors of the condominium, the man was still on the balcony of the apartment where he had managed to enter taking advantage of the door left open by the woman’s natural son who had just left to go to work and who immediately went back and, in an attempt to defend his mother, was also injured.

Both ran into the street, with neighbors giving them first aid while waiting for the ambulances to arrive. Instead, the attacker who, cigarette in his mouth, ccontinued to hurl insults from the balcony of the apartmentwas made to lie on the ground and blocked by the police, who accompanied him to the police station to arrest him for attempted murder.
