Daniel Lumera he returns to Courmayeur, which a year ago proclaimed the Gentile Municipality, with his people Landscapes of Kindnessthe series of meetings within the Yoga Mountain Days.
Daniel Lumera expert in wellness sciences and promoter of Gentle Italy Movement will return to Valle d’Aosta for the third year from 14 to 16 June.
Landscapes of Kindnessmini review, organized by the VdA Yoga Association of Betta Frerafocuses on nourishing the body, mind and spirit.
The program
The event will start tomorrow, Friday 14 June, at 6pm, at the Jardin de l’Ange in Courmayeur with Daniel Lumera who will present his latest work As if everything was a miracle (Mondadori) accompanied by Kirtan, ritual songs of the Indian tradition.
Saturday 15th, at 10.30am, meditative walk in Val Ferret among the works of art of the Maisons de Judith. At 6pm back to the Ange for the meeting Mind and Meditationdialogue between Lumera and the theoretical physicist from Valle d’Aosta Fabio Truc that explores the boundaries of knowledge. The meeting will be preceded by the screening of the documentary An Enlightened Mind Of Felicia Cigorescu.
On Sunday 16 June we will move to Forte di Bard, at 11am, Daniel Lumera will conduct bioenergetic activation and meditation practices.
At 2.30pm Biagio Biagini And Gianluigi Carlone they return to Valle d’Aosta with theirs Conciortomusical performance with plant instruments.
A comical and poetic show that the two gardeners (partly horticulturalists and partly musicians) create using the different sounds that vegetables produce when touched by the hand.
To close the appointment Lumera will dialogue with Fabio Brescacinfounder of NaturaSì, Italian leader in organic, biodynamic and natural products.
The Yoga Mountain Days they will continue on June 29th in Val Veny with the seminar Ahimsa: yoga, music, self-love & kindness Of Anna Inferrera, the Solar and Lunar Flow, the sacred Puja ceremony, an elemental purification practice with the connection with the elements and practices of Vinyasa Style.
Last appointments on 20 and 21 July in Gressoney-Saint-Jean with Landscapes of Kindness in the heart of Monte Rosa which will involve several masters of the various declinations of yoga in practices spread throughout the area.
