Quartu Sant’Elena escapes from house arrest, drunk, he lashes out at the Agents. A 49-year-old man arrested.
The State Police has arrested a man for the alleged crime of evasion, resistance and contempt towards a Public Official.
On Saturday evening, the police officers of the Quartu Sant’Elena police station, during an ordinary territorial control service, intervened in the local Piazza Spolitu Fracasso, since inside a bar a man, in a clear state of drunkenness, was causing a disturbance to employees and customers.
When checked, the reported man, a 48-year-old local man, in a clear state of psychophysical alteration, railed and threatened the officers with an aggressive and outrageous attitude which he maintained even during transport on the service vehicle, kicking the windows. Accompanied to the offices of the Commissariat for the ritual activities, it emerged that the man, with several precedents for crimes against property and drugs, appeared to have been released from the Uta prison in the same morning, for the continuation of expiation of the residual sentence under home detention.
The facts ascertained by the State Police operators were subjected to the evaluation of the investigating judge who, during the hearing, validated the arrest and, accepting the plea bargaining request, sentenced the man to one year of house arrest.
