In 2023, there were 22,091 reservations for access to the branches and 494 citizens filled out the satisfaction questionnaire proposed by the institution (there were 350 in 2022, compared to 315 in 2021). These are the numbers of the One Stop Shop for Citizens of the Municipality of Cuneo, active since 14 September 2020.
From the survey carried out among users, satisfaction with the service stands at a rating of 9.12 on a scale of 1 to 10 (up compared to 2022, when the average was 8.95). The service is defined as “fast”, “simple” and “effective” by the vast majority of users, who reserve the highest rating for the professionalism of the staff (9.38). Satisfaction with timetables is also very high, albeit with results slightly lower than average (8.5).
The experience lived during the Covid emergency demonstrated the importance of having a place and a single reference number for users. Hence the decision to maintain the number 0171-444.444 (created during the pandemic period to provide answers to citizens) and the location of the desk in Sala delle Colonne (via Santa Maria, 1). A place close to citizens where it is possible to book appointments for the various municipal offices (Registry Office, Civil Status, Social Status, etc.), in addition to procedures managed directly on site (Ztl of the historic center, disabled passes, housing suitability and Youth Information services) . The institution’s choice was to continue with access by appointment even in the post-pandemic phase, to optimize the organization of the offices and guarantee users an effective and efficient service.
