Serie B clubs will earn less from television rights, there will be less revenue and therefore on a general level everything will be much more regulated. In my opinion the championship will be more democratic than last year which was creating a somewhat unpleasant fracture. Clearly some remain at the top: Palermo, Sassuolo, Cremonese and Pisa will have more opportunities to invest. We still need to understand what Frosinone and Salernitana want to do. All the others will be in the same boat, so the difference will be made by ideas and skills”.
