The Municipality of Faenza informs that the families included among the beneficiaries of the contributions deriving from the donations received from the Emilia-Romagna Regiongiven the high number of requests received, they will have to make an appointment with a Social Worker, by going during office hours or by calling the Social Service of their municipality of residence, no later than 12:00 on Friday 6 September 2024. The funds allocated to the Municipalities of the Union pursuant to Regional Council Resolution no. 2078/2023 are intended to provide economic contributions to families residing in the six Municipalities of the Union of Romagna Faentina affected by the flood and landslides in May 2023.
The Council of the Union of Romagna Faentina, with its resolution no. 53 of 02/05/2024, approved a series of guidelines for the assignment of contributions (which are in addition to those already being disbursed), financed through the donations that many organizations and individuals have donated to the Emilia-Romagna Region for citizens affected by the flood and extreme climatic events of 16-17 May 2023, with particular reference to households in which minors or people with disabilities are present.
