ANCONA – Traffic in haywire, traffic in chaos throughout the center of Ancona. This is what has been happening for two days in the key points of the capital, in the arteries that wind around the Palazzo del Popolo headquarters, between Viale della Vittoria, Corso Amendola and Largo XXIV Maggio.
In fact, two days ago, work began on the arrangement of the white cobblestones of the pedestrian crossing between Piazza Cavour and Largo XXIV Maggio, right in front of the Municipality.
And it was an immediate disaster because the cars arriving from Viale della Vittoria have to struggle quite a bit to get onto Via Vecchini. Ditto for those arriving from the Corso Amendola descent, who should give priority to those arriving from the left.
Similar works were carried out a few months ago on the opposite side, in the street Giannellialways for those jumping cobblestones. Long queues in via Matteotti, where traffic jams and disruptions occurred early in the morning.
