Francesco Ferraraa well-known Turin entrepreneur operating in the organization of large food and wine events and in the coffee sector, was arrested together with seven other people on the morning of Monday 10 June in the Piedmontese capital, during a police operation in RostaNeighbor Turin. At dawn on Monday 10 June, a State Police operation was launched in Turin and in the metropolitan area in execution of a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate (DDA) of the prosecutor’s office of the Piedmontese capital , against 8 people, held responsible, in various capacities, for extortion, kidnapping, private violence, carrying and possession of a common firearm And personal injuries, aggravated by the mafia method.
The well-known entrepreneur arrested together with seven other people is Francesco Ferrara, 48 years old from Rosta (Turin), considered by many ‘the king of the Christmas Markets’ and street food.

The head of the investigation is the prosecutor Manuela Pedrotta. An episode discovered during the investigations
One of the episodes involved a former collaborator of the entrepreneur as the victim, who, with legal action, requested the payment of approximately 20 thousand euros in commissions for the activity carried out.
