Juvenal’s ancient Latin aphorism, “A healthy mind in a healthy body,” reminds us how closely intertwined physical and mental well-being are. On Sunday 9 June, this concept was celebrated through a unique experience that combined the art of well being and the quality foodoffering a perfect balance between mind and body.

A 360 degree wellness experience

The day started with a delicious breakfast of artisanal pastry products. The participants then ventured on an enchanting 2 km walking route, guided by Elisa Flag, certified environmental hiking guide. The route offered the opportunity to discover the excellences food and wine of the territory, combining tradition and innovation in a dialogue that has enhanced quality and the relationship of trust with the consumer.

Correct nutrition and body care

The event, organized by Wellbeing and Food categories of Confartigianato Imprese Padova within the EBAV project “Healty mind in healty body”, aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of a correct nutrition and body care, essential for overall well-being. The initiative highlighted local artisan companies, representatives of the culture and quality tradition of the area, encouraging meetings and collaborations between wellness and food sector professionals and creating a network of contacts based on trust.

  • Alexander Masutti: Personal trainer, osteopath and kinesiologist.
  • Alessandro Di Flaviano: Food Safety Expert and author of the book “The Science of Food”.

This day was designed for those who wanted to immerse themselves in an experience that combines the beauty of nature with the pleasures of the palate and the importance of physical well-being. Participants discovered how well-being can be experienced and savored in a perfect combination of sustainability and local tradition, leaving an unforgettable memory of a day dedicated to improving their health and quality of life.
