Politicians voting today, Saturday 8 June, in Salerno and the province for the European elections. In the afternoon the mayor voted Vincenzo Napoli (Pd) at seat 2 of the “Barra” school on the Trieste seafront. “Today and tomorrow we will vote to elect the Italian members of the European Parliament. It is the right and duty of every citizen to go and vote and choose their representatives. Let us all express our consent to decide the fate of our future.

Also in the afternoon, the Democratic Party deputy also voted Piero De Luca: “It’s always exciting and important to cast your vote. We defend our democracy and our freedoms. We defend the future of Europe and Italy. Happy voting to everyone!”. In Pastena, in section 112, the municipal councilor of the League (candidate for the EU parliament) voted Dante Santoro: “I just did my duty… you do it too” he wrote on social media.
In Cava de’ Tirreni, at polling station 55 of the hamlet of Sant’Anna, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation went to vote Edmondo Cirielli (FdI). Also in the Metellina city, the deputy of Fratelli d’Italia also voted Imma Vietri. In Pagani, however, the candidate for the European Parliament, also from FdI, Alberico Gambino voted and launches his appeal to vote: “Let’s not make others choose what we “should” choose. By voting, I have chosen to choose”.
