PESARO From the judge the shocking story of a seven-year-old girl alleged to be the victim of the attentions of her grandmother’s new boyfriend. Yesterday the evidentiary hearing took place before the investigating judge to listen to the testimony of a little girl living in Pesaro as part of an investigation which sees a 56-year-old accused of sexual assault on a minor because, on several occasions, he caressed and touched the little girl in her private parts. The little girl would have told the “games” to her mother. A shock that triggered the complaint. In recent months, a psychiatric evaluation was carried out which declared the little girl capable of testifying and being aware of being on trial. Yesterday it was her turn to speak in a protected hearing and retrace those terrible moments, supported by a psychologist and her family. She reconstructed the facts and explained what would have happened, even with gestures. Approaches that would have occurred in multiple circumstances: at the seaside in the water, but also at home on the sofa or chair. The family is supported by the lawyer Elena Fabbri, ready to join the civil action. The next phase will be that of closing the preliminary investigations and the request for the man’s indictment, defended by the lawyer Matteo Rondina. At the moment the accusation of sexual assault on a minor is aggravated by the fact that the girl is not even ten years old.
