From May 15th the methods of booking appointments have changed, in particular:

Only in the case of documented emergencies (theft, loss, imminent trip, health…) it is possible to request an appointment by sending a request to the email address [email protected], respecting the following instructions: describe the urgency; attach a copy of documentation to support the request (report, travel document…); indicate mobile/telephone number; attach a copy of an identification document if available. Incomplete requests will not be taken into consideration and the urgency will be assessed by the office.

It will be necessary to make a reservation for each request requested, even by the same user. For example: if the citizen needs to receive a certified copy + a certified signature + a registry certificate, he will have to book three appointments, even consecutive ones.
