The investigation started from a complaint from a mother, the teacher brought the girls to his home and pushed them to play “games”: he was suspended from teaching
He was arrested – for various reasons – the accusation of sexual abuse and possession of child pornography. He ended up in handcuffs – about twenty days ago – a teacher in some primary schools in the Apuan area who was arrested by the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Massa, as anticipated by the local edition of The nation.
About ten victims of the alleged abuse were middle school students. But in other episodes the girls would have been even smaller. The facts contested by the Massa Carrara Prosecutor’s Office refer to the current school year.
The investigation was born thanks to a mother who, when checking her daughter’s cell phone, realized that something was wrong. At that point she asked her for explanations: the girl would have said that she had met the professor in her home. «Special meetings» in which the young teacher would ask her some things.
At this point the mother ran to the police to report the incident, also giving the contents of her daughter’s cell phone to the military. The Prosecutor’s Office – as soon as it was informed – immediately ordered a search of the teacher’s home, where the police found and confiscated his mobile phone.
In the meantime the man has arrived a provision of suspension from teaching. In record time the police would have managed to find d. in the man’s cell phone and PCdifferent material: photographs and videos of minors in which various erotic objects also appeared. Precisely for this reason the crime of possession of pornographic material was triggered.
At the same time the carabinieri would also have managed to trace the other alleged victims of this affair.
The minors – about ten in total – were also interviewed in the presence of the psychologist. About ten victims attend middle schools but at least a couple of cases where younger girls are also involved.
Also thanks to his cell phone, the teacher was able to convince the minors to go to his home promising fun, gifts and in some cases money, in exchange for “games”.
It also emerged from the chats analyzed by the Carabinieri investigators a sort of price list: photos in some provocative attitudes compared to others would have had a different “value” for the teacher.
The minors would have been dressed in undergarments. The man also allegedly “enjoyed” painting the nails of minors.
In recent weeks, the police have also been trying to find out whether some chats have been deleted by the man in the meantime. And whether there are also other alleged pedophiles in contact with the man.
