Asmel, flash hiring for 130 Molise municipalities: how to apply

The List of Suitable Recruitment method allows 96% of Molise municipalities to hire in just a few weeks

REGION – The Municipalities of Molise team up for efficiency: 96% of them are members of Asmel, the Association for Subsidiarity and Modernization of Local Authorities, which today has over 4,460 members throughout Italy. Thanks to this membership, the Molise Municipalities can benefit from the revolutionary List of Suitable Persons procedure for hiring staff. A smart system that reduces bureaucratic times, guaranteeing rapid hiring.

On May 30, the new maxi NOTICE of single selection for lists of those suitable for permanent and fixed-term hiring pursuant to the aggregate agreement provided for by the Recruitment Decree was published on InPA.

There are 37 professional profiles required by the notice for graduates, diploma holders and specialized workers (formerly categories D, C, and B). The procedure allows local authorities to hire in just 5 weeks by calling those registered on the lists through a request and carrying out a single selective test.

For those who intend to participate, applications will open on 10 June 2024 at 12:00 and will close on 25 June 2024 at 12:00. Candidates who are found suitable after passing an online test will become part of the lists and will be able to participate in the Interpello notices, the direct calls of the current 740 subscriber municipalities and future members.

There are four phases of an interview: Publication of the interview and sending to all suitable candidates on the list, with details on the methods of the simplified final selective test; suitable candidates express their interest within 15 days; carrying out the simplified selective test. The negative outcome of the test or the refusal of the place does not lead to elimination from the lists; formation of the final ranking for the hiring of the body that issued the request and hiring of the winner.

By joining the agreement, the Municipalities intend to strengthen their staff to guarantee citizens the best functioning of the administrative machine, through a tool that has already proven to be a best practice for other Municipalities throughout Italy with over 575 hires already completed and another 352 underway.
