Blitz by the Local Police in Monza: drug dealer arrested in the abandoned building

A’intense drug dealing activity from the broken glass of one abandoned building was stopped thanks to a lightning-fast operation by the Local Police of Monza. On Wednesday 5 June, agents of the Territorial Security Operations Unit (NOST) and the dog unit arrested a 34 year old of Moroccan nationalityhomeless, thus putting an end to his illicit activity.

The agents of the Via Marsala Command had been on the trail of a man for some time drug dealing which he had transformed the ruined building between via Galvani and via Pacinotti in a meeting point for drug addicts. After intercepting a buyer leaving the building with the drugs, NOST personnel and the canine unit broke into the building, while other agents guarded every exit, ready to block any possible escape. The operation was carried out with military precision. Three patrols, three officers and four operators: the suspect attempted a desperate escape, but the network of agents was too narrow. They have it caught after a short but intense chase through the rubble.

Once arrested, the 34-year-old was immediately taken to the Monza prison. The Judge has the arrest was validated and arranged for his incarceration, ending his drug empire.
