Thus begins the appeal to vote for the centre-left mayoral candidate, Domenico La Marca.
“This month I met the city and listened to the needs, wants and desires of each of you. And I spoke with entrepreneurs, productive, social, sporting and cultural entities. Everyone, and I mean everyone, asked me for one simple thing: honesty. We need a new morality to rebuild the community fabric and imagine a new season of well-being.
Personally, I don’t have any magic recipes, but I have the enthusiasm and the right skills to face this challenge which, I say right now, cannot be won without the help of each of you. Our community cannot miss this opportunity, because the city finally deserves a mayor who can defend it in every context, and who can love it without rhetoric and without any interest.”
Then he concludes: “I dreamed of a community, Manfredonia, and I imagined it as beautiful. On Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, with your vote, we have the opportunity to rethink the city and put desires back into action. Let us not ignore this challenge; let’s make a future, let’s make a future together”.
