As you walk you are surrounded by animal excrement, condoms (in via Dalmazia) and pigeons eating bread in the gardens of via Verdi, for example.”
“Savona, which is currently being promoted as a candidate for Capital of Culture 2027, has dirty streets – he concludes – there is an urgent need for the administration and the competent bodies to take action on the increasingly serious problem” .
