Alessandra Zedda closes the campaign in the mega external space of the pizzeria inside the park on via dei Donoratico in Cagliari and, in front of over 500 people, launches the last appeals to vote in view of the municipal elections. There is a heavy legacy, Paolo Truzzu’s five-year term was rejected by the majority of Cagliaritans with the vote in the Regional elections: “The novelty is that mine will be a female politics which will bring a change of idea, language and sensitivity that women they have and know how to make available to others. With me, Cagliari will be more beautiful, richer and with improved air and maritime traffic. We will leave no one behind. Our commitment is to win”, says Zedda, “we play until the end and if there is extra time we will take the field with the same determination”. First two commitments: “Security pact involving the police forces and the mayors of the Metropolitan City. And then, also put order in mobility, the city must grow by quickly closing ongoing construction sites and also create more parking lots, intervening where necessary to modify the projects”. In her speech there is no lack of a “remote slap” to Massimo Zedda: “We are different from the gentlemen who always say no and who have decided to seduce Cagliari, and then abandon it by moving to a more comfortable armchair. We are all still together and all in love with Cagliari.” Seven lists support Alessandra Zedda: Lega, Forza Italia, Fratelli d’Italia, Riformatori, Sardegna al centro 20Venti, Alleanza Sardegna and Psd’Az.
“We must resurrect trade, that of the small shops to be protected and the shops of our city. We will reopen Cagliari, this is our slogan.” Focus also on tourism: “Vacationers who stay only two days are not enough for us, we want more and we can have more”. And we inevitably also pass through the development of the historic center: “By talking and finding the right balance we can achieve all the objectives. And Cagliari can have its first female mayor.” Among the hundreds of people present was also the candidate for president of the Municipality, Francesco Ciaramella: “Pirri, I confirm, will have dedicated and special funds for all the main interventions. With the first female mayor, this time, we will really write history.” To find out if the first page will become reality, we will have to wait at least Monday afternoon. And there is the shadow of the ballot: “We will play until the end and if there is extra time we will return to the field, always all united.”
