Presidency of the Council of Ministers competition 2024: 18 places available


On 29 May 2024, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through the Department for Digital Transformation, announced a public competition for the recruitment of 18 technical implementation managers. These new roles will be fundamental for the implementation of the measures envisaged by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr), with a particular focus on digitalisation, innovation and security in public administrations.

Competition Objectives

The new hires will join the Transformation Office team, dedicated to reform 1.2 of Mission 1, Component 1 of the Pnrr. Their role will be crucial in the implementation of the digitalisation interventions envisaged by the plan.

Applications must be submitted by June 8, 2024, through the online recruitment platform of the Public Administration (InPa). Candidates must log in with SPID, CIE or CNS credentials, search for the announcement and complete the online application procedure.

Requirements and profiles required

The competition is looking for profiles with a degree and proven experience in:

  • Coordination and management of application and digital infrastructure development projects.
  • Design of high security systems.
  • Management of technological projects for public administrations.
  • Relations with local and central public administrations.
  • Project management.

Candidates must demonstrate English language skills, collaborative work management and project management tools, and the use of personal productivity software, such as text, table and presentation programs.

Are excluded from the selection the competitors coming from the Public Administration.

Contract details

The positions will have a duration of one year, with the possibility of renewal only once, no later than 31 December 2026. The maximum gross annual compensation expected is 90,000 euros.

  • Veneto: 1 place

  • Lazio (help desk team): 1 position
  • Marche: 1 place
  • Piedmont: 4 places
  • Campania: 1 place
  • Calabria: 1 place

Selection procedure

Candidates will be assessed through an interview based on specific knowledge and skills, with a score expressed in hundredths. To be considered eligible, you will need to achieve a minimum of 60 points out of 100.

The Department for Digital Transformation will assign the tasks by the end of September 2024thus completing the recruitment process.

Interested parties must access the InPa platform, search for the competition notice and follow the instructions for sending the application. The deadline for sending applications is set at 11.59pm on 8 June 2024.
