The Provincial Council of Brindisi, meeting today in an ordinary and urgent manner in the 1st call with 12 present, examined and approved everyone the topics included on the agenda:
1. Approval of minutes of Provincial Council meetings of 14 and 15 March 2024;
2. I Ratification of emergency change to the 2024/2026 budget forecast, pursuant to art. 175, paragraph 4), of Legislative Decree, n. 267/2000 ex Presidential Decree, n. 57 of 04.02.2024;
3. The emergency change to the 2024/2026 budget forecast, pursuant to art. 175, paragraph 4), of Legislative Decree, n. 267/2000 ex Presidential Decree, n. 64 of 04.16.2024 – Ratification;
4. III emergency change to the 2024/2026 budget forecast, pursuant to art. 175, paragraph 4), of Legislative Decree, n. 267/2000 ex Presidential Decree, n. 80 of 10.05.2024 – Ratification;
5. Approval of the draft agreement for the assignment of the Provincial Treasury Service – Period: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2029;
6. Entrustment of the compulsory collection service of provincial, tax and property revenues to the National Collection Agency – Revenue Agency – Collection;
7. Membership of the Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development (AESS), based in Modena. Statute approval;
8. Plan of disposals and valorisations 2024 – 2026 – Update;
9. Recognition of off-balance sheet debts in relation to executive measures, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000;
10. Change to the 2024-2026 budget forecast for the implementation of urgent infrastructure interventions related to the Italian presidency of the G7;
11. Regulations for the leasing and concession of use of Provincial premises and properties – Approval of amendments and additions.
