P4P Workshop, 50 students will be involved from today, Monday, until Friday in an architectural planning and space design workshop in the Piacenza headquarters of the Polytechnic of Milan.

In particular from ESA St. Luc of Brussels and FH JOANNEUM of Graz. A nice opportunity for exchange and internationalization”.
P4P workshop, also involving teachers and researchers
In fact, with the students, teachers and researchers will come to the city, called to give proposals, ideas and visions for a central and much debated place like Piazza Casali. The occasion is precisely the interventions that the municipal administration (partner of the initiative) is launching for the redevelopment of the public space and the buildings that surround it, starting from the Stables of Maria Luigia.
P4P Workshop, a public and collective space
The acronym of the workshop, P4P, emphasizes the public and collective character of the space that the young students of Architecture and Interior Design will try to reimagine, also with the sensitivity of those who – by age and sensitivity – live and inhabit urban environments with rhythms and renewed ambitions compared to a few years ago.
The Riusiamo l’Italia Foundation is involved
Also interesting in this sense is the involvement of the “Riusiamo l’Italia” Foundation which is approaching some specific realities in the Piacenza area with the aim of proposing to the community strategies for the reuse and redevelopment of disused and abandoned areas.
The initiative
The initiative, supported by the Polytechnic of Milan also thanks to internationalization funds, will take place in the Vegezzi Pavilion of the Arata Campus in via Scalabrini. But it won’t be permanent. In addition to the inspections of the project sites, students will be involved in numerous events capable of transmitting and communicating the identity of the Piacenza area.
The closure
The work is expected to close on Friday morning with the public presentation of the results of the work in the form of architectural projects for Piazza Casali.
