Francesco Manigrasso is a 36 year old boy, married and with a great passion for law which led him to graduate from the Faculty of Law of Perugia and, furthermore, being a professional in the real estate sector he is registered in the register of condominium administrators and real estate consultant for businesses and companies. I decided to run for “La Voce di Foligno” because I found in the person of Moreno Finamonti something rare, something that is difficult to find in politics: LOVE FOR A PROJECT THAT INVOLVES THE ENTIRE CITY, PUTTING IT IN THE FOREGROUND PEOPLE WITH EACH HIS OWN PROJECT, IDEAS AND HOPES
Why did you decide to run on the Voce di Foligno civic list?
The reason for a civic list? Because we have decided to distance ourselves from the parties since they are completely unrelated to the needs of the people, they live in this aura of superiority, forgetting about reality, about the Community for which they were called to take care. Each member of our list has the right to expose their idea and project, to carry it forward with serenity and competence without any imposition from Perugia, Rome etc etc…: WE ARE FREE TO DECIDE AND TO DO FOR THE PEOPLE AND WITH THE PEOPLE.
Briefly explain to us your projects and proposals for the city of Foligno and its territory
I have and am collaborating assiduously with the mayoral candidate Moreno Finamonti on the healthcare aspect, on the needs of newly discharged patients, addressing the difficulties of hospitalization, also taking into consideration all the bureaucratic aspects such as the transport of the patient, the various requests to hospital facilities for therapies and much more. There are lonely, elderly people who are asked, for example, to send an email for certain procedures to take charge and it is understood that they cannot do it alone and we are here specifically with real, solid and helpful projects as well as competence. I am dealing with associations as a form of aggregation, support and contribution to the whole city, a cooperation between all the associations which, in my opinion, are the human engine of every Municipality.
In particular, what are you committed to for the hamlets of Foligno?
The fractions must be LISTENED and taken seriously into consideration because THEY ARE NOT SERIES “B” CITIZENS because they pay the TARI/IMU/TAXES/TAXES like all other citizens. We are here for them and at their disposal and we will be ALSO AFTER the electoral campaign, with the “ballots still”.
Why vote for the civic list “La Voce di Foligno”?
Voting for “THE VOICE OF FOLIGNO” – MORENO FINAMONTI MAYOR” is the real change, towards that policy which, alas, has never existed and which we could finally have. It is an opportunity to have a direct relationship with the municipal administration which does not remain closed in the municipal building, which involves people and that the problem of the individual is everyone’s problem.
