On the one hand the pipe, a symbol of tradition, on the other the hashtag which refers to the idea of contemporaneity, dynamism and innovation. The logo of the list that supports the candidacy of Gaspare Ancona, #Brebbia, summarizes the philosophy behind the group’s program well. With administrative experience, as councilor of the first Magni council, and work in the public administration behind him, Ancona leads a very motivated team: «In recent years I have gained structured work experience in the public sector and now I want to make it available for a just cause: to administer my country.” HERE THE CANDIDATES
The Ancona team is made up of twelve people «selected for their skills, practical spirit and good education – specifies the candidate – and with whom we share the same approach and core values. This is why in our program we have not only included what we would like to do but also what we will never do, respecting the citizens and these values.”
«In Brebbia – continues Ancona – there is a lot to do to improve the current situation in the country, limited by the commissioner. For this reason, we have included various points in the program ranging from security to sustainable growth, from communication to citizen participation: «We have identified a series of areas of intervention, with a key word that will guide our mandate: location. That is to always have the focus on our municipality by offering a commitment on all fronts, to address the problems affecting the country and without focusing only on a few issues. Always having an overview, also observing the good practices developed by neighboring municipalities, is a good method for dealing with everyday life and more structured challenges. We want to embrace all the causes that revolve around trade, population, young people and the demographic issue in a broad sense.».
Among the priorities identified, the candidate highlights, for example, support for local commercial activities to avoid migration towards better served areas, support for some entities that function well such as schools, activities to involve the youngest groups of the population. «We asked ourselves about the needs of the community – concludes Ancona -. We collected several observations including the lack of meeting places, particularly for young people. Many guys describe Brebbia as a “dead town” and this is unfortunately serious. We must create meeting and sharing points for young people and at the same time support existing services, such as the day center for the elderly and strengthen complementary ones to support families. Only in this way can we make Brebbia a municipality where people can live well.”
