«Labor relations and union consultation procedures between information rights and confidentiality obligations». This is the title of the conference, sponsored by AGI (Italian Labor Lawyers), which will be held on Friday 7 June from 2.30pm to 5.30pm in the Joseph room of the Kolping house in Bolzano. The symposium will delve into the new tools for managing corporate crises introduced by the business crisis and insolvency code which came into force in July 2022 and subsequent regulatory amendments.
They will discuss it with the lawyer Arabella Martinelli of the Bolzano Court and of AGI Trentino Sudtirolo, the lawyers Chiara Perrone of the Milan Bar, professor of labor law at the 24ORE Business School, e Bruno Laudi of the Bologna Bar, member of the AGI Emilia Romagna board of directors and of the AGI national executive council.

AGI is a national association representing lawyers specializing in labor law, social security and agency relations. Founded in March 2012 on the initiative of eight lawyers specialized in labor law, it currently has over 2,000 members and since June 2013 has been in the list of the most representative specialist legal associations. Due to its representativeness, AGI acts as a consultative body and interlocutor for the institutions on social security work issues.
