Young serial thieves caught in the center by local police motorcyclists

The patrol of motorcyclists of the Local Police, employed in the traffic controls of the hundred, completed a brilliant judicial police operation yesterday afternoon which made it possible to identify and bring to justice two young serial thieves who had been raiding clothing stores for days, even in the center, often managing to get away with it. This time they were reported in a state of freedom, but checks are underway on them to attribute a long series of episodes: one of the two is a face known to the police, released a few weeks ago from prison where he ended up again for theft, following a previous arrest.
Before ending up in the trap of the Local Police, the two twenty-year-olds had stolen clothing items from various shops in the city, but the lightning operation that led to their tracing was triggered after the last robbery carried out in the H&M store in Corso della Repubblica, a stone’s throw from Piazza del Popolo, in the pedestrian area. As in other circumstances, the young thieves were clever in stealing several things before disappearing, but were noticed by the sales staff who tried, in vain, to follow them outside the shop. In a few seconds they had already vanished, but in the meantime the shop assistants had noticed the local police motorcyclists and stopped them to report the incident. So the officers, having collected detailed descriptions of the two shoplifters, started searches along possible escape routes.
The centaurs of the Local Police managed to identify and block, a few moments later, the two “wanted” men as they crossed Piazzale San Benedetto on foot, the car park located on the opposite side of Piazza del Popolo, between Viale Cesare Battisti and Via Emanuele. Filiberto. They still had all the stolen goods with them, some of which they wore. There were the items of clothing just stolen from the H&M store, but also other clothes stolen, even earlier, from some shops in the Latinafiori shopping center, for a total of several hundred euros. Both homeless in the capital, the two Tunisians were identified and photographed with the support of the police forensics team, then they were reported in a state of freedom, also following the formalization of the complaint by the manager of the last shop visited.
