We committed two mistakes and they scored, because you can’t afford these things against big teams. Overall we played an excellent match and then in the end we were able to celebrate with our fans.”
Today you played another great match, also wearing the captain’s armband at the end. Are you happy with this first year in Serie A?
“Today it was special for me to be the captain of this team in the last minutes. It wasn’t easy for me in the first few months because I had to get used to a new championship, but I think the match against Empoli was my turning point and from there I have always played and I am happy with my first experience in Serie A.”
In the end you celebrated with the fans who have always supported you, how exciting was it?
“I think that today everyone was happy with the match we managed to play against the Italian Champions, earning a point. It was a bonus match for us, because we had already achieved our objective last day and it was nice to be able to celebrate with all the fans.”
