Cat found on train: Nogra Pisa intervenes

PISA – Thanks to the train conductor’s immediate report to the Railway Police (Polfer) regarding a stray cat inside a passenger carriage of train 19340 which left Pisa at 11.06 and arrived at La Spezia at 12.20, the Polfer agents alerted the procedure for the safe recovery of the cat, activating the Animal Rescue Unit (NSA).

The train conductor, having arrived in La Spezia, at the end of the train, before closing all the carriages, as usual, checked all the carriages, and with amazement, she noticed the presence of the little cat who was calmly sitting on a seat. . The beautiful hairy girl was immediately taken by the train conductor, proving to be docile and very good. The train conductor decided to take her back to Pisa, imagining that she might have gotten on from one of the stations listed above, with the 1.52pm train arriving at the second platform of Pisa station.

For information, to those who were looking for her, the cat could have gotten on at one of these stations: Pisa San Rossore, Viareggio, Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Forte Dei Marmi, Massa, Carrara, Sarzana, Vezzano, La Spezia Migliarina. The cat, after being recovered inside the train, was transported and handed over to the VOLUNTEERS of the AGAP cattery in Marina di Pisa.

The beautiful black cat is in excellent health, and will be checked by the trusted veterinarian of the cattery, after which, if the legitimate owner cannot be found, she will be given up for adoption.
