“Banning bivouacs in some areas”

“An anti-bivouac rule for some sensitive areas of the city”. Modena Civica looks at the issue of safety and does so by proposing a ‘squeeze’ in the areas “that have long since become unlivable due to the constant presence of groups who ignore public peace, especially at night, with strong disinterest in decorum and cleanliness”. The idea will be at the center of one of the first agendas of the list in the next legislature.

“Security – explain the Modena Civica candidates Michele Sagliano, Giacomo Macchia, Enrico Solieri and Emilioprendito – is certainly one of the issues that are closest to the hearts of the people of Modena. Citizens, in fact, want to feel free to experience all the spaces that our extraordinary city makes available”. In recent years, “many people are even afraid to walk freely in our city parks in the evening hours and beyond. We need to reclaim places where people gather and for this we need strong measures that can give citizens back the pleasure of experiencing the city with peace of mind.” and serenity”.

For this reason, the candidates add, “we believe that in some sensitive areas of the city an anti-bivouac rule should be introduced that allows police officers to remove people who rarely frequent these areas, creating a disturbance to public peace and ignoring urban decorum. This does not mean prohibiting frequenting certain places, but remembering that there is a civic sense and respect for the areas made available to the community. It is no longer tolerable to see scenes of uncivilized people getting drunk, dirtying and constantly ruining areas frequented by families with children”.
