The hearing at the court of Naples, as reported by journalistic sources, sees the DDA prosecutor Giuseppe Cimmarotta filing the sentences relating to other crimes committed by the three repentants. Rapicano Castle receives one 13 year sentence for the murder of De Maria and also one final sentence of 10 years for the murder of Raffaele Carolei in 2012. Pasquale Rapicano is sentenced to 14 years for the murder of De Maria it’s at a further 14 years definitively for the murder of Giuseppe Zingone in 2004. Ciro Sovoreto receives 14 years in prison for the murder of De Maria And 12 definitive years for the murder of Giuseppe Zingone in 2004.

The murder of Vincenzo De Maria occurred at the hands of the Rapicano and Sovoreto brothers, thus contributing to the resolution of an unsolved case. De Maria, known as “o’ bob”, was fatally hit by bullets in Piazza Giovanni XXIII in Castellammare di Stabia. Antonio Ovest and Luigi Vitale were sentenced to 14 years in prison for this murder.

Raffaele Carolei was murdered in September 2012 in Castellammare di Stabia. The Rapicanos, through collaboration with the authorities, accused themselves of the murder, revealing that Carolei was eliminated on the orders of the D’Alessandro clan due to his past association with the Omobono-Scarpa.

Giuseppe Zingone and Massimo Del Gaudio were killed in Castellammare di Stabia in 2004. Zingone, a target of the D’Alessandro clan, was murdered together with Del Gaudio, a stranger to organized crime. The Rapicano brothers and Ciro Sovoreto, thanks to their collaboration, made it possible to reconstruct the dynamics of this murder, leading to the identification of those responsible.
