For the administrative elections of 8 and 9 June there are five candidates for the office of mayor of Pavia: Alessandro Cantoni, Michele Lissia, Paolo Walter Cattaneo, Francesco Grisolia and Francesco Signorelli.
Who are the mayoral candidates in Pavia
In the 2019 local elections Fabrizio Fracassi brought the center-right back to administer Pavia, but five years later the coalition candidate for mayor will be the former councilor Alessandro Cantoni, supported by FdI, Fi, Lega, Pavia Ideale, Pavia Prima. In the centre-left, however, the so-called broad field will be staged: from the Democratic Party to the 5 Stars up to Avs, Azione and IV, in support of Michele Lissia. They are also in the running Francesco Signorelli for Power to the People, Paolo Walter Cattaneo for Rifondazione Comunista e Francesco Grisolia for the Communist Workers Party.

The municipal elections
Since Pavia is a municipality with more than 15,000 inhabitants, if no candidate in the first round obtains an absolute majority, a run-off will be held between the two most voted. The possible runoff will be held on 23 and 24 June.
