A group of kids attacked a rider in the center of Brescia on May 21st. The baby gang tackled the delivery man and kicked him. Two people who came to the victim’s aid were also attacked.

A rider was attacked and beaten by some kids in Piazza Vittoria in the center of Brescia. The video of the beating was published yesterday, Wednesday 22 May, on the social media page Welcome to Favelas. The images show a deliveryman from a well-known food delivery company who is first surrounded and then, once thrown to the ground, kicked and punched by the baby gang. Before fleeing, the very young people also attacked two other people who came to the delivery man’s aid.

They are not clear reasons of the beating, but it would not be the first time that episodes of violence have occurred in the center of Brescia, even among very young people. In this case, some kids who are used to being under the porticoes of the city, they targeted a rider.
The video, that was shared several times on social media, it shows no time indication. Fabio Rolfi, opposition leader in Brescia, in relaunching these images, states that the attack occurred in evening of Tuesday 21 May.

The rider’s two friends who intervened to help him were also attacked
As you can see from the video, the delivery man was there first immobilized from behind, then hit by another guy who did it fall in the street. Once on the ground, five of them hit him with kicks and puncheswithout the victim being able to defend himself in any way.
Two men came to his aid. One, also a deliveryman, managed to move away two members of the gang, the other, however, was kicked and punched by two other very young people. The baby gang would then move away, losing track of them.
