A former nursery school now abandoned, apparently dilapidated. There is still the sign at number 23 of via Guiccioli, which names the state highway after “Nicola Bravi”. Doctor Mauro Guerra’s new clinic could be built here. It is the third attempt by the veterinarian to reopen his business, after the seizure of the practice in Sant’Antonio and the subsequent closure of the container located a few meters away, in which he wanted to resume visiting clients’ animals. Now, with the criminal trial in which he is accused of numerous charges including mistreatment, killing of animals, killing without sedation and tax crimes with a mind-boggling evasion, he has presented the request to the Municipality and the bodies responsible for issuing the necessary authorizations to restart.

However, the bureaucratic process requires precise authorizations. First of all, that of the Municipality, to which the 50-year-old doctor deposited the Scia, the document declaring the start of the activity. At the same time, the health service must also give its favorable opinion. And while waiting, it is easy for the doctor to start setting up the premises, which are currently still marked by their state of abandonment.
