Pazienza, the third Rj 115 from Cantiere delle Marche, has been delivered

The Rj 115 Pazienza launched by Cantiere delle Marche last November was delivered for its maiden voyage to its Australian owners.

Pazienza is the third explorer yacht in the Rj series, and, the shipyard recalls in its note, that the first was the Rj 130 Nuri followed by the first Rj 115 Stellamar, which recently won the prestigious World Superyacht Award in its category. The flagship of the range is currently under construction, an Rj 155 commissioned by Nuri’s former owner. “This is an indisputable sign of trust in CdM and a source of pride for all of us,” said Vasco Buonpensiere, CEO of Cantiere delle Marche and co-founder of the shipyard.

Buonpensiere expressed his satisfaction with the commercial results of the RJ range designed by Francesco Paszkowski which: “demonstrate that style and elegance can be perfectly combined with the robust character typical of our explorers. Regardless of the model or size, these boats are ideal for venturing into remote areas where assistance is poor or non-existent”, claims Buonpensiere, also reporting on the trend that this type of feature is increasingly appreciated and sought after by owners, so much so that among the new sales include an RJ 102 commissioned by another Australian owner “The Australian market is giving us great satisfaction! We just sold a Nauta Air 110 to Marcus Blackmore, a great Australian sailor. Ours are truly the right boats for those seas.”.

Stellamar and Pazienza, although belonging to the same range and model, have some very different characteristics. thanks to the very high level of customization of semi-custom models. In addition to the style and layout of the furnishings, Pazienza has a greater number of cabins than Stellamar, French windows that open on both sides of the lounge, a large swimming pool aft on the Sun Deck, a tender garage with side opening which adds to a retractable crane hidden in a housing in the overhang of the Sun deck, as well as a wheelhouse on the Sun deck.

Once on board the yacht – the shipyard informs in its note – there is a conversation area in the cockpit, served by a bar, directly connected to the bathing platform accessible via a large staircase. On the main deck, in addition to the lounge with conversation and dining areas, there is the galley and a spacious owner’s suite with opening windows in both the cabin and the office. On the lower deck, there are four guest cabins, while a VIP cabin is located on the upper deck. A very spacious Sun Deck is equipped to allow pleasant outdoor stays.

Going into the details of the description: the Sun deck is a multi-functional space dedicated to outdoor relaxation where you can have lunch or dinner sitting around a large table sheltered by the hard-top. Adjacent to the dining area there is a bar with a richly decorated counter in Agata stone and equipped with appliances and a barbecue. At the stern there is a large swimming pool partially covered in blue agate and surrounded by sun loungers. A distinctive feature of Pazienza is the presence of an external wheelhouse positioned on the Sun Deck.

On the Upper Deck there is a bright and panoramic lounge connected to a spacious aft terrace with a dining area shaded by the Sun Deck. At the extreme stern, during longer voyages, the second tender is housed and moved by the retractable crane inserted in the overhang of the Sun deck. On the same deck there is a VIP cabin and the wheelhouse equipped with instruments.

The main deck has a traditional layout with the lounge including a conversation area and dining area. The conversation area consists of two opposing sofas, at the side, served by tables with glass tops. The dining table is also made of glass and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

Adjacent to the lounge is the galley equipped with appliances including large fridges and freezers to store supplies for longer journeys, with direct access both outside and to the crew area on the lower deck. From the lounge, through the lobby onto which a small guest bathroom opens, you enter the full-beam owner’s suite, preceded by a study and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is enriched by fine marble tops.

Four of the six guest cabins are on the Lower deck: three double cabins and one twin with a pullman bed. The crew has direct access to the guest sleeping area via a door located in the forwardmost suite, on the left. Adjacent to the crew area, in addition to the dinette, there are three crew cabins, spacious and well furnished, including the captain’s quarters.

At the far stern there is the tender garage with side opening. A sauna has also been placed inside the garage.

From the garage there is access, towards the stern, to the bathing platform and, towards the bow, to the spacious engine room where the two 533kW Caterpillar Cat18 engines and the two 80kW Kohler generators are housed.

“Cantiere delle Marche is now known for the exceptional nature of the engine rooms of its yachts, impeccably designed environments where all the elements, from the engines to the last valve, are accessible to facilitate both day-to-day management and maintenance. Built to face long voyages even in adverse conditions, during rigorous sea trials Pazienza exceeded expectations for performance, silence and autonomy: 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots!” concludes the construction site note.
