RIMINI. Off to the first hotel in Rimini without staff. Homie Hotel was inaugurated today in the presence of the mayor Jamil Sadegholvaad, the first Lindbergh Hotels structure in Emilia Romagna which joins other hotels in Italy from Pesaro to Taormina.

Homie, in via Medaglie d’Oro, was born after the redevelopment work of the Hotel Naiade, a historic hotel on the Riviera which now needed major renovation works. The structure is located in a strategic position, in Marina centre, just 3 minutes from the sea and the Rimini Sea Park.

The hotel differs from the structures already present in the area with a new concept of hospitality, completely digitalised. Even before arriving at the facility, the guest can immediately immerse himself in the digitalized atmosphere that can be felt at Homie: once the guest has downloaded the Homie app, he will be able to select and book the type of room he needs and pay your stay directly via app; once you arrive at the facility, you will no longer have to go through the reception but, using a digital key, you will be able to access the facility.

Minimalism and essentiality are present in the 41 rooms of the structure, inspired by a Northern European and more precisely Scandinavian style. For breakfast the hotel offers the Breakfast Box Homie, a real breakfast basket containing sweet and savory products and orange juice.

In the common areas there is a large co-living and co-working area, open to everyone, not just hotel guests, where Rimini residents and tourists in the city will be able to work using a fast and efficient connection, socialize and enjoy a coffee break thanks to Starbucks coffee station and food vending machine.

Homie’s objective is to also attract business customers and it is for this reason that Homie will be a hotel open all year round.

«We are very proud of Homie», says Nardo Filippetti, President of Lindbergh Hotels. «This new entry inaugurates a new product line for us, which is based on the total digitalisation of services. We live in a constantly evolving world, every day is a challenge for us and so here we are with Homie, born precisely from the need to offer the market a product with excellent features at a super competitive price, considering the very high quality of the services it offers ».
