It ended on Friday 17 May twinning among the students of V classes of the primary school of San Marco d’Alunzio and of Sesto San Giovanni (Province of Milan).
The initiative, promoted by the teacher Nicolina Restifo, native of San Marco d’Alunziobut for several years now a teacher at Sesto San Giovanniwas born thanks to a thesis developed in class, right on the town of San Marco d’Alunzio.
A week took place, from 13 to 17 May, characterized by moments of sharing, immersed in the beauty of the Aluntine villagediscovering the typical dishesof the products local and companies present in the territory. The students acted as guides to their classmates Sesto San Giovanniin an exchange of cultural and historical information, with the aim of creating new “true and real” bonds and friendships between peers, in an era where relationships are only virtual.
The project also involved the fourth class of the primary school and the 1C secondary class of San Marco d’Alunzio with a musical orientation, with the creation of a show and the notes of “Ciuri Ciuri” and “O mia bella Madunina”. Was a voyage Of instruction special for little ones Milanese touristswho have known the history and culture of San Marco d’Alunzio. The twinning was made possible with the welcome and organization of the Administration, and the collaboration of the Comprehensive Institute of Torrenova and the Comprehensive Institute of Sesto San Giovanni “Martyrs of Freedom”in the person of School managers Antonina Gaglio and Catia Di Gennaro.
