PA Forum: Dina Chirico of the Molise Chamber of Commerce wins the Syllabus Olympics

Dina Chirico, an official of the Molise Chamber of Commerce, an organization in which she also holds the role of Regional Secretary of the Waste Managers Register, is the winner of the Olympics Syllabus, the reward initiative created by Department of Civil Service to promote and encourage the educational and cultural growth of Public Administration employees.

The finals of the competition took place yesterday on the opening day of the PA Forum 2024.

Dr. Chirico defeated the competition of 11 other finalists, Sabrina Marchetto, Efisio Claudio Vittorio Balloi, Annunziata Pulcrano, Norah Semache, Claudio Lombardi, Maria Stefania Schettino, Mariarita Canale Parola, Alvise Alfonso Poli, Luca Siragusa, Palmarita Olivia, Paola Vinciguerraall very well trained, belonging to various administrations including Ministries, Regions, Health Authorities, Municipalities etc., selected among those who, following the training on the platform Syllabushave achieved the best results in the training courses covered by the Syllabus Olympics as of 30 April 2024, and this aspect gives even more value to the company of the Molise official.

The competitors, divided into three groups of four people each, faced an adrenaline-filled challenge by answering, via digital devices, ten multiple choice questions with a maximum response time of 60 seconds per question.
The outcome of the three heats decreed the three finalists, Dina Chirico, Maria Stefania Schettino and Sabrina Marchetto, protagonists of this first edition of the Olympics Syllabus who competed for victory, facing a second battery of ten questions.

A constantly evolving digital tool thanks to an ever-updating catalog of training contents, capable of guaranteeing a definition of courses tailored to training needs, starting from the detection of possible levels of mastery.

“The response of the administrations – concludes Minister Zangrillowas positive: the approximately 7,500 administrations that joined the Syllabus platform highlighted a great demand for training relating to the development of digital and transversal skills. A path that has the ultimate objective of establishing management systems in administrations for skills capable of bringing value within the country system, strengthening human resources management and development policies to enhance people, their work and the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses”.
