«The Master PIVOT – he underlined Giorgio Barberis – organized by DIGSPES in collaboration with the Culture and Development association, is proposed as a useful tool for training professionals capable of promoting sustainable territorial development through projects that attract funds to the Alessandria area. We hope that the effects will be immediate and tangible with the planning and implementation of interventions for the growth and improvement of the territory and the community. Local institutions, ETS and the social and productive fabric as a whole benefit from it. An important contribution, which our University is happy to give in the complex context in which we move today, with the precious support of many local actors, starting from the Foundation that hosts us”.

«The Master PIVOT – he added Alessio Del Sarto – intends to create an important opportunity for dialogue, exchange of practices and knowledge between professionals coming from the Public Administration, the Third Sector, Business and University. The invitation to participate is therefore addressed to all those interested in the issues of local development, in terms of social cohesion, sustainable development and urban regeneration. It represents an opportunity to build a community of people capable of planning major interventions for the healthy development of our territory. The goal of building a mixed professional community of students is central to Culture and Development. Only through concrete collaboration, made up above all of project work integrated into this training path, and the knowledge of the dynamics and mutual languages between the various sectors that allow us to build large projects and precise strategies of economic and social development for a territory. We will work so that the impact of this master’s degree on our province goes well beyond its conclusion and that a cohesive group of trained professionals remains a driving force of development and innovation for the entire community.”

«The aims of the Master – states the notary Luciano Mariano, president of the Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria Foundation – are perfectly in line with the operational strategy of our Foundation which, for a couple of years, as part of the GRANDI BANDI project in collaboration with the Culture and Development Association, has started a process of training of Public Administration staff aimed at strengthening and spreading a greater culture of territorial planning, with the aim of stimulating the use of PNRR, European, national and regional funds. The idea of training “design specialists” with a university Master’s degree therefore represents a great opportunity for growth both for the public and private sector of our province and for many young graduates who want to perfect their preparation”.
