TEANO – Royal Palace of Caserta and students of the ISIS “Foscolo” with the Ecomuseo project, video on the Ironworks of Teano, absolute protagonists. The event was celebrated yesterday morning Monday 20 May in the wonderful Royal Palace of Caserta, where the students of the aforementioned institute, accompanied and guided in the realization of the project by the professor Angela De Lucia and by the prof. Sergio Cirelli, became protagonists with the creation of the video on the Teano ironworks. It is a “historical” testimony of the industrial period of Teano, which favored work thanks to the approximately 25 meter high waterfall.
“Competition – as the school director prof. explains. Paolo Mesolella through the Caserta24ore blog – is divided into four sections: our school participated in the ‘EcoVisual’ section with a beautiful short film on the Ironworks of Teano, an emblematic example of industrial archeology”.
The awards ceremony was held at the Sabap modern library, where a parchment was delivered to the Foscolo institute in the presence of the vice mayor of Teano Laura Laurenzato the Councilor for Culture Maddalena Bovenzito the professor Angela De Luciaproject coordinator and to prof. Sergio Cirelli of the Alberghiero branch (who guided the students in directing the documentary). The work carried out was published on the ecomuseodellamemoria blog of the Superintendence of Monuments of the Provinces of Caserta and Benevento. Much satisfaction for the students involved in the project, as well as for the entire Foscolo institute.
