ANCONA – Following the “High Impact” checks prepared last Thursday by the Police Commissioner of Ancona, the staff of the Administrative and Security Team of the Police Headquarters notified today an administrative sanction of 5,000 euro, for violation of regional legislation (law 17/2007) which requires the registration in specific category registers of a 38-year-old person of Nigerian nationality who had prepared a illegal barber shop.
At the time of the check, the man was busy cutting the hair of some compatriots with an electric razor, who were identified by the police. Following further investigations, the police verified that the owner of the shop located in Ancona is one 60 year old Nigerian citizencanceled from the chamber of commerce lists due to a series of administrative, tax and traceability failures.
The owner of the neighborhood business will have to answer for the payment of the administrative fine. At the time of the inspection, the shop appeared to the police to be in terrible sanitary conditions; the fridge freezer stored approximately 70 kilograms of meat, offered for sale, at a temperature lower than that required by law, which was seized under the circumstances, waiting to be destroyed.
