“As Councilor for Culture and Education, I am pleased to continue with this now consolidated initiative as I believe it can be a further vehicle for increasing the psycho-physical development of pupils in our schools. By participating in the initiative, they can not only create a theatrical show but spend time together, cooperate with each other, interact with teachers, propose their ideas. I believe that Culture, in the broadest sense of the term, is a very important vehicle in the path of training and growth of our young people and an important step in defining the growth of social relationships and therefore a valid tool against illegality” declared theCouncilor Monica Bertoneri. The administration makes available ithe Guglielmi theatre free of charge and has defined financial support for theater training in schools with a contribution to each workshop. The shows of La Classe goes on stage will be held in the evening from 9pm alternately at the Teatro Guglielmi and the Teatro dei Servi from Tuesday 21st May until next Saturday 8th June. The task of inaugurating the program falls to the boys from Gentileschi of Carrara who will perform on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd May on the stage of the first city theater in Ce n’è per tutti: the first evening is dedicated to performances by ensembles and orchestras; the second evening will feature the symphony orchestra, then on with fourteen performances. Closing the event, again at the Guglielmi, is the company of Rossi classical high school of Massache offers a rereading of a classic of Greek theatre: Antigone
