The CRI Committee of Varesewhich boasts more than seven hundred volunteers and thirty employees, officially has a new President: Simone Filippi.
Already Vice President in the previous mandate and volunteer of the Red Cross of Varese for fifteen years, he takes up the legacy of Angelo Bianchi who has led the city committee since 2003.
He will have the task of leading for others four-year periodthe Varese Committee towards new challenges. They will be at his side in this arduous task Cinzia Pozzi (already member of the previous Council and head of the Tradate delegation), Alessandro Bianchi (formerly delegate of the Emergency Area), Barbara Aletti (volunteer and member of the Volunteer Nurses Corps) e Giulia Summa as a Junior Councillor.
Thanks go to team members Mario Zeni, Giuseppe Zavattoni and Francesca Campanella who, with their skills and experience, will support the Board of Directors in the management of the Committee and in the implementation of the strategic program built in a united and cohesive manner by all members of the list.
The idea of the working group is based on cohesion and union, in full compliance with the Seven Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross, with attention to enhancing everyone’s skills. We wish them good luck in their work from all the volunteers ready to face new objectives and opportunities together, in a continuous attempt to respond to the needs of others.
