The woman reported that the man, with whom she has been in a relationship since 2018, began abusing alcohol for at least two years and that every time she returns home, for trivial reasons, he beats her, holding her hands around her throat and threatening her. of death.
He also specified that the continuing state of anxiety and fear was fueled by the continuous nocturnal aggressions perpetrated by the man both verbally and physically, including against his eldest daughter, upon her return from the bar almost always in conditions of uncontrollable psychophysical alteration.
After collecting the report, the military blocked and arrested the 34-year-old who was accompanied to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
