“L’Alma Juventus Fano starting from next season it will have its own youth sector”. The president declared it Salvatore Guida. His words taken from Il Resto del Carlino: “Memberships will be open starting from 1 July 2024 and we will have all categories from Under 19 to youngsters. There will no longer be an agreement with the Granata Luciano Eusebi Academy, also because it is not mine, but the rookie still belongs to Mario Russo, and they will make their choices.”
“I will build the youth sector and a great project will start – continues Guide –. It will be a single freshman so it will officially be Alma Juventus Fano, they will have the uniforms and material with the official logo. I don’t have all the fields to be able to do football school too, and that’s why I decided to go up to the chicks category. There is an obligation to play certain championships with young people, and we will do all the necessary categories, while as regards the basic activity, therefore the football school, I will consider looking for affiliations in the area with existing football schools . Not having the fields I don’t venture into situations that I can’t manage, while what I can plan and ensure as a service I will do as best I can. The sports material from the first team up to the kids will be from Mizuno, with whom we already have a signed contract and the products are already being distributed. As already mentioned, the freshman will be from Alma Juventus Fano and will be the only authorized youth sector. I will appoint a manager of the youth sector who will act as a liaison between the first team, the club and obviously the youth team.”
