Last act, on the subject of competitions and reorganization of the organic structure, of the extraordinary commissioner Gerardina Basilicata. After the mobility and internal competitions and the hiring of two new managers, a public competition was announced for exams for the full-time and permanent hiring of two technical instructors – Instructors’ Area (ex cat. C).
To participate you must have an Artistic High School Diploma or a Technical High School Diploma. The conduct of the tests has already been indicated in the notice. If the number of competitors exceeds 50 times the number of places available for competition, the pre-selection test will take place on Monday 3 June. Two days later, i.e. Wednesday 5 June, the first test is scheduled which will consist in the preparation of a graphic essay and/or in the compilation of a technical report, relating to civil, road or hydraulic constructions, or in the drafting of an administrative act to prevalent technical content, or in the response to “multiple choice” or “open response with limited number of characters to be used” questions. And finally the oral test, which will be held on 26 June, during which the candidate’s overall level of theoretical-doctrinal preparation and maturation of professional experience will be ascertained.
The subjects covered by the oral test will be the following: topography; buildings; construction technology; problems relating to topographical (instruments, traverses, triangulations, levelling, tracing) and architectural surveying; road toponymy; notions of job accounting; knowledge of natural and artificial building materials, their choice and uses; notions on the methods of carrying out earthworks, masonry works (stone, brick, reinforced concrete), wood, iron and finishing works on buildings; notions on the organization of Local Authorities; legislation relating to public works; Statute of the Municipality of Aversa; elements of legislation on safety and health in the workplace (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008); code of conduct for public employees.
The new mayor will welcome the new municipal employees given that the notice itself states that by the deadline of 30 June 2024 the Personnel Management Service will stipulate the individual contract and place the winners into service.
